Sunday night! Chilly weather! Relaxed souls! And a high ‘Food Mood’.

Well, I had enough of those typical dishes of dal rotis and pastas and tortillas and everything last week. And to make my Sunday dinner special, I ought to cook something different, something hot, something scintillating! Oooooooooooo…. Well, I knew what was coming up! My love for noodles awakens and urges me to make those lovely Indo-Chinese Hakka noodles. Not enough? How about adding Chilli Paneer and schezwan stuffed mushrooms to the menu? Need to add more? Yes why not those frozen spring rolls which needs to be baked for just 10-12 mins to be ready. Done Done Done and yes, a perfect Sunday meal. So I started working on the menu and that moment! Ufff! How about a sizzler? I just need to assemble my dishes, add a dash of sizzling effect to it and my dinner is ready. Oh! This Sunday meal is really turning out to be mighty, feisty and lovely!
So here it is, my quick Indo-Chinese Sizzler is ready – Vegetable Hakka Noodles, Chilli Paneer Capsicum, Spinach Schezwan Stuffed Mushrooms, Vegetable Spring Rolls and last minute entry, a splash of fiery manchow sauce on noodles to finish it…Oooh La La!
