Temperatures are soaring finally! Sun is shining bright, days are longer and instinctively I had a good mood for ice creams today! Whenever the sun glimmers in full flow, the first image I see is hearty, creamy, yummy bowl of ice cream.
And today, was the perfect day to dig my spoon into a nice chocolate ice cream (Oooooo… It is my hot favorite cool favorite I think :-))! But then I thought of something different on my plate, or should I say different on my sizzler. What am I talking about? Sizzler and Ice cream? Fire and Ice together? Yes, you read it right. Well, you would have eaten Chocolate Brownie with ice cream many times, but how about on a sizzling hot plate (Cast Iron plate with a wooden stand)? Quite indulgent isn’t it?
Presenting My Sizzling Brownie with my little own additions – Chocolate Brownie with two generous scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream on top with rich pouring chocolate sauce served on hot sizzler plate. For a nice juicy touch, sweetness and a good crunch, I have added chopped strawberries, chopped nuts and choco cigars & hazelnut wafers for garnish.

Note – I have heated my brownies for 30 seconds in a microwave for a soft bite. To make chocolate sauce more opulent, I have added one good table spoon of butter and two dollops of cream in 150 gms of hot milk chocolate bar. Yes, agreed that there is a lot of drizzling chocolate sauce, but who complains of extra chocolate (Many use dark chocolate too)
What a rich, sinful and gooey dessert to indulge in on a Saturday night! Woah!
