Knock Knock!
These quarantine times are really getting many foodies to experiment different varieties in kitchen. Be it trying their hands to new cuisines, adding their own twist to renowned recipes or just savoring the evergreen dishes, our food enthusiasts have their creative hats on relishing the best tantalizing delicacies.
And today, while I was making veggie wraps for my family, my sister posted a 3 different flavours of Pasta pic on our family group. Wow, A Pasta Treat on a weekday, Wonderful. While she loves coddling her white & red sauce pastas, she experimented a nice Pink Sauce Pasta today. Yes Pink! You would have tried the traditional white and red sauce pasta and Pesto Pasta (also known as green sauce Pasta in many regions), but Pink? Easy to guess, it is basically a fine combination of marinara sauce & alfredo sauce (white and red) pasta blended with veggies and Italian spices. I have seldom tasted this in restaurants, but is a quite popular recipe in home kitchens. And yes, how can I forget Garlic Bread! An evergreen starter which goes with anything, especially when it is cooked at home from scratch.

Now, this Pink Sauce Pasta is inspiring me enough to try a new sauce in my kitchen soon… What it could be? Hmmmmm… How about Vodka Sauce, have read about it a couple of times, let me try this soon too..
