I often write about my restaurant favorites, my evergreen dishes or my kitchen experiments on this blog. However thought of penning down my Monday G&T Moods –

A silly question to myself on a Monday evening was ‘To Gin or not to Gin?’ And of course the clear answer was ‘Let the evening BeGIN!’. Come on! A hot sunny day in London, me – a G&T fanatic and with forever company of a wine lover, the best thing was to sink in to a bowl of cheese and olives, and chill after a long wfh.

I quickly added a few herbs and olive oil to my cheese and olives bowl, made a whopping glass of Gin & Tonic with a petite shot of watermelon mixer and I had my partner with a glass of merlot.
