On any given day, I either have bread and butter or few munching snacks or smoothies (if I get lucky!) for breakfast while browsing my daily work emails. Many times I think of having cooked oats or apple with peanut butter or a good super bowl of cereals. But, blame it on my laziness I usually grab my cup of green tea with snacks and start my day! Yes, not good at all (at least I have my green tea in place. Phew!) Why do we lax so much when it comes to picking healthy options? Arghhhh
However, today being a Saturday with no excuses I am taking my day slow and all set to indulge in a good hearty cereal bowl filled with nutrients, vitamins and good fats. Hopefully soon I get my hands into muffins, waffles or pancakes. Or how about a gourmet breakfast on a weekend… Ooooh sounds super!

So for today here it is – Gingerbread granola (with good mix of pecans, dried cranberries and walnuts), fresh strawberries and raspberries with a good sprinkle of chia seeds, pumpkin seeds flax seeds and Choco hoops on the bed of plain Greek yoghurt. Quick and easy… Grab a good bunch of cereals, throw in some fruits and nuts of your choice, and add them in milk or (plain/flavoured) yoghurt.
