Crispy Petite Pots! Perfect addition to your party food

I simply adore quick, simple and easy canapes. These are the best bet to pass around the party, makes a good finger food option, and are perfect nibbles. Sweet or Savoury? They are loved every time! So versatile

I bought Rahms mini 24 Croustades from Waitrose London which are perfect for canapes. I simply warmed them up in the oven and stuffed sautéed soft veggies. You can fill with whatever you want, it really tastes well with anything.

I sautéed garlic, mushrooms, courgettes and spinach in olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper and topped these petite crunchy pots with three different dips – cream cheese, salsa and green chutney. I served soon after I filled the stuffing for a mild, tangy and spicy burst in different canapes!

These bite size crispy cups can be experimented with many versions – a cool avocado dip or mayo pesto dip or szechuan veggies or just olive and cheese. Anything would go with it. Choice is yours
