I am a big fan of herbs and I love coriander mint duo – I usually make different versions of green chutney for chats, tikkas and idli dosa or sprinkle on masala papad and curries or make spicy-tangy Pani Puri. I have always tried in Indian cuisine but this is my first attempt to try in a different cuisine and I am so glad that I didn’t disappoint myself.

Summer Fresh Linguine Pesto
I simply love to relish the classic pesto pasta. Pick your choice of pasta, add in some veggies of your choice (optional) and mix well with pesto. I have always tried with Fusilli Pasta, but after trying with long thread pastas like spaghetti, tagliatelle and linguine, I am so stuck to it.

Pesto Veggie Pesto today – Simply toasted bagel, and brushed good pesto, sprinkled chopped cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, olives, salad leaves, cheese and seasoned with salt and pepper. I baked for 10 minutes to get that super crunchy yet chewy texture.
