Crispy Petite Pots! Perfect addition to your party food
I sautéed garlic, mushrooms, courgettes and spinach in olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper and topped these petite crunchy pots with three different dips – cream cheese, salsa and green chutney. I served soon after I filled the stuffing for a mild, tangy and spicy burst in different canapes!

Shegaon Kachori enjoys its own unique popularity. Known for its fine balance of spices, this famous snack originated in Shegaon, a town in Buldhana district, Maharashtra. It was sold at a railway station stall post partition and the exclusivity of the kachori made trains mandatory stop at this station.
