White chocolate is made with a blend cocoa butter, sugar and milk solids. It does not contain cocoa solids which is the primary component of conventional chocolate liquor — chocolate in its raw, unsweetened form. So, as it contains no cocoa solids, white chocolate contains only trace amounts of the stimulants of caffeine.

In fact, fortune cookies is relatively unknown in China, but due to their availability in Chinese restaurants, they are commonly thought to be of Chinese origin.
