So it’s a bean salad or a pasta salad or fresh caeser salad? Well, it’s a hearty combination of all three as I just tossed a quick summer salad with whatever I had available in the kitchen.

Summer Fresh Linguine Pesto
I simply love to relish the classic pesto pasta. Pick your choice of pasta, add in some veggies of your choice (optional) and mix well with pesto. I have always tried with Fusilli Pasta, but after trying with long thread pastas like spaghetti, tagliatelle and linguine, I am so stuck to it.

Pesto Veggie Pesto today – Simply toasted bagel, and brushed good pesto, sprinkled chopped cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, olives, salad leaves, cheese and seasoned with salt and pepper. I baked for 10 minutes to get that super crunchy yet chewy texture.
