Chocoberry cake topped with hazelnut Choco cream ganache

Mood or no mood. Winter or summer. Occasion or no occasion!! What is always delightful?

Well….

Chocolate doesn’t have a particular reason or season; it is always welcome. It is universal to kids, adults and elderly. Tell me one thing, who has ever said no to chocolate? I have never done that!! Come on, who does that? Really?

Be it in a form of a chocolate bar, ice cream or a cake, it has been my favorite. When it comes to desserts, I can’t think beyond chocolate. I do think to have something else in restaurant, party or at home, but I absolutely believe that chocolate literally pulls me in through its magical, sinful and mysterious powers. It is so tempting, irresistible and chocolatey!!!

Well well well… This post is not just about glorifying chocolate but also about adoring my homemade choco cake with a sharp kick of berries. (I had added a few strawberries and raspberries in my cake batter to make it berrylicious :-))
