mashed avocado lightly seasoned with lemon juice salt and pepper & garnished with cherry tomatoes & basil on warm & toasted bagel. To make it a little mightier lunch, I have served my bagel with a good portion of sauteed mushrooms & tomatoes.

Veggie Burger on ‘Eat What You Want Day’

So today in my lazy pyjamas, when I have no mood or enthusiasm to spend good time in kitchen, I have stacked up burgers for dinner; simply baked frozen patties and chips, chopped tomatoes, salad leaves and onions and assembled the burger with cheese, ketchup and mayo & served with coke.
