National Vegetarian Week – Day 2 – Pesto Veggie Bagel

Pesto Veggie Pesto today – Simply toasted bagel, and brushed good pesto, sprinkled chopped cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, olives, salad leaves, cheese and seasoned with salt and pepper. I baked for 10 minutes to get that super crunchy yet chewy texture.

Veggie Burger on ‘Eat What You Want Day’

So today in my lazy pyjamas, when I have no mood or enthusiasm to spend good time in kitchen, I have stacked up burgers for dinner; simply baked frozen patties and chips, chopped tomatoes, salad leaves and onions and assembled the burger with cheese, ketchup and mayo & served with coke. An absolutely good excuse to celebrate #eatwhatyouwantday!

Easy to guess, it is basically a fine combination of marinara sauce & alfredo sauce (white and red) pasta blended with veggies and Italian spices. I have seldom tasted this in restaurants, but are quite popular recipe in home kitchens.
